DMC/BMC material (DOUGH/BULK MOULDING COMPOUNDS):

Composed by unsaturated polyester glass resin, fiber glass, fillings, pigment, and other chemical agents, etc. It has good

insulating property, high mechanical property, thermal resistance, fire retardant, corrosion stability, and especially the molding property such as good fluidity, lower molding pressure and temperature, short molding time. DMC/BMC is the best molding material for complex, thin wall and big molding parts.

* Brief Introduction about the raw material

SMC material (SHEET MOULDING COMPOUNDS):

Unsaturated polyester resin as the bonding material, filled with short glass fiber, filling, pigment and other chemical agents, after being dipped, then it is covered by film on both sides and finally supplied as the unsaturated polyester resin reinforced by glassfiber compounds in rolls. SMC material are with such properties of easy molding property, good aging resistance and other properties. SMC material products are widely used in automobile industry, railway transit, building, electric industry and communication project.

SMC has several main types such as electrical type, mechanical type, anti-static type, fire retardant type and general mechanical type. It can be used to mold in such shapes as sheets, profiles and other customized complex shapes
