1.COMPOSITION AND PRESENTATION

FUWANG FR5 is a stratified insulator made from fibre glass fabric and epoxy resin. It is similar as G11, but with flammability FV0.

At delivery time the presentation of the sheets is as follows:
 

- Maximum sizes: 1020 X 2040mm	- Thickness: From 0.4 mm
- Colour:  Nature / Light Green	- Surfaces: Shining
- On demand we can deliver strips or finished components.

 

2.PROPERTIES.

- Very low hygrometric susceptibility	- Workable while cold up to 3mm. thickness
- Good dielectric properties	- Excellent mechanical properties when cold
- Small losses at high frequency	- Very good resistance to the formation of conductive prints
- Fewer losses of mechanical properties than the type 3240 when work at 155 ^OC

 

3.APPLICATIONS.

Very convenient for equipment on high frequencies and generally for all elements having to bear strong dynamic stresses with good resistance to fatigue. Can be used at fairly high temperatures ( more than 155 ^OC )
