The manufacturing process of copper foil soft joint is pressure welding or brazing
I.pressure welding:
        Pressure welding is to press the copper strip and aluminum strip laminated parts together, using molecular diffusion welding, and forming by high current heating pressure welding.Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.

II. Brazing:
Brazing is to press the copper strip and aluminum strip laminated parts together, using silver based solder and butt welding with flat copper block.Thickness of copper strip and aluminum strip: 0.05mm to 0.3mm.As shown in the figure:

. Precautions for each process of soft connection:
      1. Purchasing raw material copper strip must meet: a) The state of the copper strip is O state and M state (soft state);
      2. Cutting process: a) Pay attention to the size of the cutting length, tolerance: ±0.1; b) The number of cut slices on the surface 0.20mm can not be too many, there are only 2 pieces, the number of pieces with 0.1mm in the middle is ±1~2 pieces Vary;
      3. Welding process: a) Guarantee the thickness of the product: +0/-0.15mm; b) Guarantee the width ± 0.15mm;
      4. Casting side process: it is OK to cast the four sides straight;
      5. Cutting process: ensure hole size + 0.2, - 0.1;
      6. Polishing process: a) before polishing must be flattened; b) when polishing, do not break the soft belt;
      7. Process of wrapping electroplating tape: a) ensure that there is no oxidation and fingerprints before wrapping the tape; b) the tape must be tightened without loosening; c) the tape must be wrapped according to the tolerance dimension marked in the drawing;
      8. Outsourcing electroplating process: a) when electroplating and outsourcing, each product must be separated to prevent product collision and damage to the tape; b) before the electroplating product is returned to the factory, the electroplating plant must bake the product in the oven to ensure that there is no plating solution and water in the product; c) the electroplating factory should tear off the tape; d) the electroplating product must be protected individually.
      9. Cleaning process: a) remove the oxidation with cleaning cloth; b) remove the combination line of electroplating and non electroplating black;
     10. Packaging: a) use the corresponding plastic bags for packaging, and do not seal the two ends completely; b) put no less than 5.0 mm foam around the product; c) put the delivery list and quantity in the packing box;
