3.Product Description:
FWCPI product is consists of two groups, depending on the different adhesive system, flame retardant and non flame retardant. Each group can provide dozens of selections to customers by choosing different PI and adhesive utilized, and coating adhesive both single and double sides to meet the specific needs of customers:

Adhesive thickness	12.5um,15um,20um,25umetc.( more can be provided as request)
Adhesive supplier	US, Japan and Taiwan etc.
PI film thickness	25um, 50um and 75um etc. ( more can be provided as request)

4. Features & Applications:
FWCPI products are widely used in automobile industry, data communication, computer and office equipment. The features are as follows:

1. High peel strength,excellent electrical properties and good dimensional stability.
2. Excellent chemical, solvent and solder resistant, excellent process ability.
3. Adopting modify epoxy as adhesive, the coverlay don't need to be keep in cold storage.

5.Recommendatory process condition for press:

7.Package & Storage:

1. Standard roll: 50^+0.25 square meters per roll, maximum 2 splices.
2. Inner diameter core: 3 inches (76mm) or 6 inches (152mm), packed in carton.
3. Standard width: 250mm or 500mm width except the customer's special instruction within the maximum width 500mm.  
4. Storage Life: 6 months since date of manufacturing; After 6 months please repeat testing procedure as first delivered, use after quality valid confirm.
5. Storage Condition: temperature of 3~16ºC , and relative Humidity: < 75%.
